3: Provide vaccination records via email (If boarding)
4: Receive confirmation & costs breakdown

Why not provide a phone number? We have found that people who are most serious about our service read this website thoroughly. In summary, everything is on this website already (FAQs, forms, rates) so callers were still required to return to the site for the sign-up form. We are very responsive to email and calls once we establish an email communication.
